My name is Martha (Mar·ta) Fierro.

I’m currently living in New York City, working as an Associate Design Director at Instrument, where I partner with global brands and growing companies to shape digital products and brand systems. In 2023, I completed an MFA in Design and Entrepreneurship at the School of Visual Arts.

I’m a designer and artist interested in creating unique and compelling experiences. My strengths lie in Visual Design, UI/UX, Branding, and Publication Design, with experience in Research, Strategy, and Concepting. I’m passionate about seeking balance through visual storytelling and creating expressions that are systematic, functional, intentional, and beautiful.

Originally from Aguascalientes, Mexico, I was fortunate to grow up and experience life there, and now live and continue to grow in the U.S. I embrace both cultures, as they enrich my career, passions, and who I am as a human being. This dual perspective drives me to lead with empathy and curiosity as I collaborate and take on design challenges.

I work hard for what I want, while finding balance in what I love: creating art (photography, linocuts & painting), exploring new places, and enjoying warm conversations.
