PROJECT
The project involved redesigning the Avis and Budget websites and developing an extensive Design Language System and documentation for development handoff, prioritizing usability, interaction patterns, and cross-experience consistency.
System foundations were translated into applied touchpoints, including the Avis First digital expression and web experience, the lifecycle email ecosystem, and emerging service flows, with creative direction provided across the work.
